With a skilled team of emergency medicine specialists, Tift Regional Medical Center’s 24-hour Emergency Center is a full-service emergency room (ER) that can treat your entire family for injury or illness. Here, you will find dedicated private rooms for patients in need of trauma, pediatric, and behavioral healthcare. We also offer on-site laboratory and imaging services for fast, effective diagnostic testing.
Our brand-new, state-of-the-art ER facility opened in December 2021 and includes four trauma bays, 33 exam rooms, four flex rooms, and two behavioral health rooms. With warmer colors and an open feel that takes advantage of natural lighting, the Emergency Center check-in area and waiting room lobby are designed to be more accessible and inviting for patients and their loved ones.
Our 24/7 ER offers:
Maximizing time with quality of care
Designed to treat most major and minor medical emergencies, including pediatrics, the Emergency Center offers bedside triage and a fast-track program. Quick tube access to laboratory services and proximity to advanced medical imaging equipment also assures patients that their diagnostic testing and treatment are being coordinated quickly and efficiently.
To help ensure continuity of healthcare delivery, our team of emergency medicine specialists and case managers strive to work with your primary care provider and/or other resources in the coordination of any follow-up care.
